In this case study we will showcase how we helped in the migration of TPEC to WTX for a leader in the Healthcare space. Our customer provides leading edge medical laboratory services and performs more than 1 million tests everyday on about 400,000 samples. Being a pioneer in advanced medical sciences it was crucial for them to improve their IT systems to enhance business value while reducing costs as well.
During this migration our teams helped the customer to migrate from TPEC to Trading Manager v8.2 on IBM DB2 v8.1, which enabled them to support both EDIFACT and ANSI X12 formats for communication with its trading partners. The new architecture enabled them to choose the best format for its partner community.

But they are unable to quickly code and test the program changes to heritage applications, ongoing maintenance costs raising, respond to evolving industry standards, missing a multipurpose on ramp for data Cleaning and transitioning from File based integration (Email, FTP, VAN, File) and maintaining batch file processes.
Miracle engaged in migrating Trading Partner E-Commerce (TPEC) to Trading Manager v8.2 on DB2 v8.1 for supporting X12 5020 and EDIFACT D04A and D04B which allows to choose the best standard to integrate with LabCorp's partners. It helps the customer to get update with the latest developments in the standard community by implementing the upcoming HIPAA claims attachments.
