They have aimed to deliver insights to their customer by integrating their air and water freight logistic detail. They operate at more than 400+ offices and logistics hubs across 60+ countries with over 15,000 employees.

The Business Requirement
Organizations experience different transactions in their day-to-day business with bulk volume of content. Our customer required a robust server with a simplified code which overcomes the issues while running huge complex files on it. They were looking for an effective business process to save cost and time in their B2B
ecosystem.
Our Solution and Support
With a keen understanding of the customer's business structure we used AS2, SFTP and FTP setups for communication between the client and their partner. We also designed inbound and outbound business processes, to let the messages flow from origin to destination. And developed maps to translate the file formats as per customer specifications and lognet standards.
- The initial step was to integrate them with their partners
- 7 EDI's to/from Customer : We observed their partner mostly used EDI standard for transactions, so we gave them a practice by using different transactions like 850, 856, 861, 315 etc.
- Dedicated Control Tower : We have implemented maps which are fast in execution for even large volume files. We conducted data quality checks along with this implementation and did fixes for all regular data quality issues with acceptance of the customer
- Standardized Reporting : We developed mail notification process for data quality issues to minimize the workload. We have maintained code lists with different mail recipients for different flows and triggered mails to that recipients when we found any mismatch of data
- Document Management : Well structured document management handled with different flows
