They first started as a saving fund institute back in 1849 and are now among the 25 largest financial holding companies in the U.S. and have 472 banking centers throughout the country.
The Business Requirement
Our customer was in need of a certified Scrum Master who had experience in software development, financial tracking, servant leadership, continual improvement, and agile adoption. They also required skills in the area of coaching, building trust, facilitation, as well as communication and interpersonal skills.
