Our customer is a leading distributor of building products throughout North America with an employee base of almost 1800 people. Their catalog has more than 10,000 products from over 750 suppliers which results in them servicing approximately 11,000 customers nationwide including dealers, industrial manufacturers, manufactured housing producers and home improvement retailers through their 49 distribution centers.

The Business Challenge
Our customer operates their business across Americas, APAC and EMEA and each region has its own master catalog with respective products. They wanted to have their product data to be maintained in a single global website in their Global Project.
As part of their project they wanted the following activities to be addressed,

- Support the existing infrastructure for Americas and set up new infrastructure for new regions
Our Solution and Services
Our teams helped our customer to implement their Global Project for their website product catalogs through the following,
- Established a team for 24/7 support and enhancements
- Implemented the Automated script for daily delta data report
- Monitoring all environments on continuous basis
- Configured the GPDM environment from scratch
- Implemented the new scripts in GPDM environment for FTP download files,staging process, delta data reports and PIM process
- Actively participated in the Production releases and successfully made the environment up and running
- Implemented the Scripts for APP Support team for notification and alerts on data load failure
- Implemented the log archiving Scripts for all WESB environments
- Daily Monitoring the RTE Adapter and also Implemented the RTE adapter Stop and start scripts
