HVAC Contractor Online Gateway : Web Application Development
This application is an online tool for the customers HVAC Contractors to use during their daily business routine to access many/all daily interactive business transactions with their branch locations. In addition, the Online Gateway provides improved operating efficiency for the branch and puts the dealer in control of key business processes with easy to use drop down menus and purchasing features. The Online Gateway's unique features include access to product availability, pricing and the ability to order products from multiple locations.
PartnerLink Application : Redesign and Analysis
The second part of the project required our teams to analyze the older UI for the PartnerLink application and to redesign a new GUI which enabled better visibility, user friendly interaction for customers and an overall higher aesthetic experience. Our team was also involved in support and issue resolution during the project life-cycle.
