Our customer operates a global business
and was struggling with the quantity of information they receive from day-to-day business transactions on their server.They needed a more robust
server that ran on a simplified code to handle large, complex files that were on the system.
They also wanted to make a more effective business
process for their B2B ecosystem to save them time and money across their varying daily transactions
Our Solution and Support
After an initial assessment, our teams configured communication setups between the customer and their TP`s
using AS2, SFTP and FTP protocols. We implemented maps for their dedicated control tower which are fast in execution for all file sizes. Miracle
teams gave the client a standardized notification process to monitor data quality automatically and minimize workloads. A document management system
was also implemented and is structured to work well with different flows to better enable efficient time use for the customer.
