Our customer is a renowned marketing agency experienced in delivering marketing solutions in the United States. They also provide industry insights on hyperlocal and national advertising trends, social media tactics, database automation, omnichannel marketing, SEO, video, and many more. They were looking to expand their digital marketing and lead generation services in the mortgage and real estate industries.
Business Challenge
With an ever-expanding business, our customer was facing challenges to scale with their current CRM platform. Their platform has a tremendous amount of data, but this data is scattered. They were looking for concise information and insights related to their leads, opportunities, and contacts.
The information related to these leads drives their sales performance and due the time consuming nature of data visibility, they were struggling to meet their targets. The lack of data visibility within their platform meant that they were running at lower efficiency and their leadership was not able to receive precise reporting on their operations.
Our Support and Solution
Through our Agile Product Development methodology, we implemented a custom web portal(PaaS) built on AWS Cloud. The project was implemented using agile and scrum methodology to perform sprints along with CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins that enable continuous delivery of the application for rapidly changing business needs.
This new product enabled their sales team to visualize their leads in a multi-dimensional view along with also being able to manage their new leads, opportunities, contacts, etc. in a seamlessly from a single pane of glass. The product also provided them with a graphical visualization of their weekly, monthly, and yearly sales performance.
The application could display summarized, concise contract details in the following features,

- Opportunities - Current open and closed opportunities in the grid
- Leads - Hot, warm, or cold leads with graphical representation
- Loans - Details of the loans
